By accessing TinyTotts.store, you enter a legally binding accord. This document governs the sale of organic apparel, neonatal essentials, and nursery accessories. These terms are designed to protect the consumer, the brand, and most importantly, the end-user: the child.
2.2 Textile Safety & “Dye-Safe” Warranty
- Material Integrity: TinyTotts warrants that all apparel labeled “Organic” meets international GOTS-equivalent standards for low-impact dyes and formaldehyde-free finishes, safe for the sensitive skin of Pakistani infants.
- Choking Hazard Disclaimer: While we use reinforced stitching for buttons and snaps, the “Guardian” is responsible for inspecting garments before each use to ensure no components have become loose through rigorous washing.
2.3 Pricing, Levies, and “The Growing Child” Policy
- Size Variance: Sizes are based on standard pediatric growth charts. TinyTotts is not liable if a child outgrows a garment faster than the standard chronological age bracket.
- Market Pricing: Prices are in PKR and inclusive of current provincial sales taxes.
