3.1 The “Snuggle-Fit” Guarantee
We understand that babies grow in “spurts.” If a garment does not fit upon arrival, we offer a 14-Day Exchange Window. However, because these products touch infant skin, our “Hygiene Protocol” is the strictest in the Pakistani e-commerce sector.
3.2 The Hygiene Protocol (Non-Negotiable)
To protect all children in our community, a return is only accepted if:
- The “Scent-Free” Rule: The garment must not smell of laundry detergents, perfumes, or smoke.
- Unwashed Status: Items that have been laundered cannot be returned as the structural integrity of organic fibers changes after the first wash.
- Original Tagging: All “TinyTotts Security Seals” must be intact.
3.3 The “Faulty Stitch” Replacement
If a snap-button fails or a seam unravels within the first 3 washes, we offer a “Full Restoration Credit.” We believe baby clothes should survive the “toddler-test.”
3.4 Non-Returnable Items
- Intimates: Diaper covers, cloth diapers, and base-layer bodysuits (unless the hygiene seal is unbroken).
- Personalized Items: Any clothing embroidered with the child’s name or initials.
- Sale/Clearance Bundles: High-discount “Growth Packs.”
